With the success of their first restaurant, the Galatoulas’ wanted to bring their signature brand of burgers and creative shakes to more neighborhoods.  Today, there are Eight Burgerology’s in the area all serving up genuine Galatoulas hospitality, amazing burgers, dazzling desserts, fun cocktails, and more!  In 2023 Burgerology became the official burger of the UBS arena and the NY Islanders.  Of course, all of the beef is still USDA Prime and the menu continues to be innovative and fun with something for everyone – Even if you don’t want a burger.
